Our Terms & Conditions
Every effort will be made to make your pets stay a happy one. All pets boarding do so entirely at their owners risk. We reserve the right to refuse admission at any time without giving a reason.
Abandonment
Any pet left at the kennels 14 days after their planned departure will be deemed to have been abandoned. We have the right to rehome or otherwise dispose, of these pets. The owner will be liable for all costs incurred.
Belongings
We do not accept any liability for items lost or destroyed during your dogs visit.
Cancellations
Cancelled bookings must be at least 7 days prior to booking, otherwise they must be paid in full.
Fees
Payment is required in full before your pet can leave.
The daily rate is charged from the day of entry up to and including the day of departure.
Drop off and Pick Up.
All dogs must be dropped off or picked up during our opening hours.
Monday to Sunday; 730am - 930am and 3pm - 4.45pm.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please leave your dog in your car until you have booked in at reception.
Health
Please ensure we are aware of any medical or behavioural issues before leaving your pet.
Any details of medication must be written down clearly.
Any concerns and we will refer your dog to a vet. We use Moray Coast Vets for this.
Vaccinations
All dogs must be fully vaccinated against Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus and Kennel Cough. The Kennel Cough vaccine needs to have been administered at least 21 days before entering the kennels.
No dog will be accepted without proof of vaccination or a letter from your vet explaining why no vaccination was given.
